As always, Peking was on point. I called, put in my order and when I arrived it was ready to go. I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice and with extra Shrimp. It was ready and hot even though I was late picking it up. If I had a gripe, it would be having a second person to work the cash register in case they have a problem with an order or pick up. That would keep the pickup customers moving in a timely fashion. I highly recommend everyone that love Chinese food, go to Peking in Columbus, MS. You won't be disappointed.

I not impressed at all. Food was bland. I'm from Atlanta and egg foo yung gravy is brown and has flavor. Ordered a large wonton soup and there were only 4 wontons. Egg rolls were decent. I will pass by if I'm ever in town again. The only reason I ate it was because I was starving after a long drive. I would have taken it back otherwise.

Food and service was great!

We were visiting from out of town and tried this out. A step above the basic Chinese take out but not extraordinarily special. The food was good and the staff was attentive and friendly. The house specials with the appetizer and soup are the best deal.

Best food in the state, nothing ever tastes bad, all food is perfect. Definitely my favorite restaurant.

As a culinary professional, I have to say that this restaurant is far superior than any-other Chinese restaurant in the area. Great food, great service, authentic 1980’s atmosphere.

This is my go to place for date night for twenty plus years. Took my one and only wife here in 1992 for our first date.

I used to love Peking. But through the years the food and service has declined. Last time I ordered take out from there the meat was discolored and looked slightly uncooked. Today I dined in and there was only one person serving tables while two other workers just stood around doing nothing. It took almost 20 minutes for someone to take my order and another 20 to get drinks. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Hot and Sour Soup this time and while eating I noticed that the vegetables were discolored and the chicken was discolored in the soup. The fried rice was also very bland and had a gray color to it. I do not reccomend eating here anymore!!

There's always a clean setting and neat, quality food at an affordable price. Every employee is very courteous. Best place all around for Chinese cuisine!

This restaurant is fantastic. I've been eating here for almost 10 years when I'm out in Columbus on company business. I love getting the house specials that has the 5-piece tidbit platter that comes with it. If you want some great food you definitely need to try this location.Well I am back tonight 01/21/20 in Columbus. I had the S6 Shrimp and Chicken that comes with the TidBit platter. Once again fast seating and service. The food was excellent as always. You have to try this restaurant
